Hapbee ships to the following countries: Albania, Andorra, Australia, Austria, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, North Macedonia, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia (Slovak Republic), Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, and United States.

How soon will my order be shipped?

Hapbee orders are packaged and shipped from a facility located in North Canton, Ohio.

Most orders are shipped out the following day. Once your order is prepared for shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information, if applicable.

We provide free shipping in the continental US using the expedited shipping option. Keep an eye on your shipment’s location using the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email.

Can I update my delivery address?

If your order has not been shipped yet, you may contact support@hapbee.com to update your delivery address. Unfortunately, we are unable to redirect your order once it is already en route to you.
