In order to receive a refund for your Hapbee device, you must initiate your return within 1-year of the purchase date. You can adjust or cancel your Blends subscription at any time.

And, yes, Returns Are Free (in the USA and Canada).

Return Policy

If you’re not completely satisfied with your Hapbee device purchase, you can return your undamaged Hapbee wearable in its original packaging within 365 days. If your Hapbee is found to be too dirty, stained, or damaged upon reception, we may refuse to refund the return. All returns will receive a refund to the payment method which was used to purchase the device. 

How can I return my Hapbee Wearable?

To initiate a return please email help@hapbee.com with the following information and the following subject line "Returns"

  • Name on the order
  • Order number
  • Order Date
  • Reason for return
Once this information is received, we will email you a Prepaid Return Label. Return Shipping is Free from within the USA and Canada. For international orders the return label cost is $20 to cover the costs of international shipping. This amount will be deducted from your credit card refund. Any shipping costs paid for express or international orders are not refundable. We cannot accept postage due or collect packages and cannot refund return shipping costs other than the Prepaid Return Label.

The Hapbee device you are returning will need to be repackaged in its original box with the accessories included and put in another outer shipping box. Once the wearable is packaged, you will then need to print the return label and tape or apply to the outside of the box. Once this process is complete, you can drop the box off at your nearest shipping location. There will be no payment required at the shipping location as the label will be prepaid. We ask that you complete this process within 7 days of receiving the return label.
Your refund will be processed when your Hapbee device is received. Any items that are damaged when we receive them are not eligible for a refund. Please note that it may take us up to 14 business days to complete and post the refund after we receive the parcel. Your credit card company and bank may take between 3 to 5 additional days depending on their processing times.
In the rare case that someone chooses to return Hapbee devices with the specific aim of upgrading them and replacing them with newer ones shortly thereafter, we maintain the right not to honor the refunds. Our policy is solely intended to allow our members a reasonable window to discover all the benefits of Hapbee without risk. Generous offers will be coming your way for upgrades.


Exchange Policy

If you are having any hardware or software issues, or Hapbee team is here to assist you. If one of our wearable experts is unable to fix your issue remotely, we would be happy to send you a replacement Hapbee free of charge. Please contact help@hapbee.com to have our team help you out.

In order to initiate an exchange, we will provide you with a Prepaid Shipping Label for the device you are exchanging. The device you are exchanging will need to be repackaged in its original box with the accessories included and put in another outer box. Once the wearable is packaged you will then need to print the return label and tape or apply to the outside of the box. Once this process is complete, you can drop off at your nearest shipping location. There will be no payment required at the shipping location as the label will be prepaid. Once this exchange is scanned in at the shipping store, it will trigger the shipment of the replacement device. We retain the right to limit the number of exchanges per customer.

When does the 1-Year money-back guarantee start?

The 1-year money-back guarantee starts on your purchase date. In order to receive a refund, you must initiate the return within 365 days of the purchase date. Please follow the steps above to initiate a return.

I received a Hapbee device as a gift. Can I return it and receive a refund?

You may return the Hapbee wearable, but the refund can only be given to the original purchaser. Please follow the steps above to initiate a return.

I already paid for my Hapbee device. Do I have to pay for Hapbee subscription as well?

Your Hapbee device comes pre-bundled with a limited number of Digital Blends that are available for use as long as you own your device. The specific pre-bundled blends are confirmed at time of sale and are reflected in your Hapbee membership profile. This ensures that you can always enjoy the core benefits of your Hapbee device - whether you choose to subscribe to one of our extended-value subscriptions or not. 

Your device also comes with a FREE 90-Day Trial of our all-access membership plan - which allows you to explore the growing catalog of Digital Blends, Routines and Integrations. You may choose to subscribe, unsubscribe or alter your subscription at any time.

Does the Money-Back Guarantee cover subscription costs?

Our 365-Day money-back guarantee covers physical products that can be returned only. If you have been charged for Hapbee membership access or other digital services and used your Hapbee beyond the free trial period those subscriptions fees are not refundable. You may choose to subscribe, unsubscribe or alter your subscription at any time.
