Hapbee works best when you choose an aspect of your daily life you first want to improve or enhance. Here we will start with Anxiety and Stress management.

Go to the Blend Library on your Hapbee App and select on of these suggested Blends.

Chill Out your Senses

Formerly known as the Calm signal. This blend is the definition of « chill », allowing you to mellow out and tone down unwanted stressors throughout the day.

Zen Companion

FIND YOUR HAPPY PLACE WITH A FOCUSING, ZEN STATE OF MIND

Find your happy place with a focusing, zen state of mind. Relax your body and keep your mental clarity.

Time to Lounge

MELLOW OUT, DECOMPRESS, AND GET COMFY

Put on your PJs and curl up on the couch. This is for checking out a new movie or catching up on an old favorite show



Step 4: Tips And Guidance

  1. The Hapbee Device can been worn ALL DAY

  2. The more you play one blend the more receptive your body is to be signal. just like any activity or consumption your brain creates those pathways and they become more accustimed and effective over time.
  3. Hydration is key (Drink water and your body becomes more receptive)
  4. Try all recommended blends. Everyone responds differently to each blend. Find the thsoe for you
  5. It can be worn at night or placed under your pillow
