Power on Your Hapbee Device

You should see a slow blinking light when the device is waiting to be paired.

Connect Your Device

1. Push the Connect a Device.
2. Add a Device Button
3. The push the + (Plus) Button
4. Push Continue

Device Instructions

Smart Wearable

Using your phone camera scan the QR code on the back on the wearable to pair your device. Or, Enter the Device ID manually and enter the 7-digit code next to the QR code the push Pair.

Smart Sleep Pad

Find your Device ID printed on the front of your smart sleep pad. Push Enter the Device ID manually and enter the 7-digit code then click PAIR

Pairing Issues?

I get an Error 5772

Error 5772 Indicate a critical error that will require a exchange. Contact our help team to coordinate right away

I get an Error 5663

The power button won't turn on

First, make sure that you fully charge the device with a USB-C Cable. Depending on the battery charge level this could take a little while. If after a few hours, you're still not able to turn on the device please contact our the Hapbee Help Team

The app can't find my device

If you entered the code manually start by making sure you entered the device ID correctly,

Occassionally you may need to simply try again to get it to connect.

If that doesn't work, make sure that your device is powered on (you should see a slow blinking light when the device is waiting for a connection)

I'm having trouble updating the device (firmware update)

First start by trying the process again:

  • Ensure tht you charge your Hapbee Device fully.
  • make sure your phone is near the hapbee device,
  • and that you the app screen open when updating the firmeware
  • Then Try again

If it continue to fail:

  • you may need to delete the app and reinstall.
  • The log back in, pair the device again and attempt the firware update again.
