4 Ways to Wear Hapbee (And Look Kick-Ass)

There have been tons of questions surrounding how to wear Hapbee. Does the light need to be centered? How do I get it to stay on my head? Is it more effective to wear it as a necklace? Consider this your ultimate guide on how to wear Hapbee.

First, it’s important to understand what your Hapbee device is actually made of. The band consists of a 28-gauge copper coil wrapped around about 30 times. It creates a tiny magnetic field that mimics the Earth’s magnetic field. Its reach is about 1.5 inches (4 cm) around the entire band. That means your Hapbee device doesn’t need to be exactly centered. The magnetic field actually comes from every part of the band.

You have tons of options when it comes to sporting your Hapbee device—and your choice might change based on how you feel (or how you choose to feel).

Regardless of how you wear it, you’re going to look totally kick-ass with your Hapbee device on.

  1. Around Your Noggin

This is the most surefire way to get people talking. What’s that thing on your head? Does it actually work? Are you from the future?

The struggle is figuring out how to make it stay. My secret is to pinch the back of your Hapbee band before putting it in your head. As you put it on, the band will gently expand to fit your head perfectly. For an alternative look, place the band on top of your baseball cap.

If this doesn’t work for you, stay tuned for the release of larger band sizes coming soon!

2. Classic Necklace

If you want to be a little more under the radar but still draw a bit of attention, wear your Hapbee as a necklace. Remember, the bee does not need to be exactly centered in order for the signal to reach your brain.

Lots of our Hapbee backers wear their device as an accessory so it’s easily accessible whenever they want to change their mood throughout the day. They just press the button and they’re on their way.

3. Superhero Style

For a subtle look, wear Hapbee under your shirt or jacket. The breathing bee will cause just enough intrigue to make people wonder if you’re Bruce Wayne or Clark Kent.

Experiment with different articles of clothing. A shirt made of thinner material will showcase the lighted bee more effectively.

4. Incognito

If you want to go full incognito mode, turn the bee’s light off in your Hapbee app settings and wear your Hapbee device underneath your shirt. To do this, open your Hapbee app and go to your devices. Then click on your connected device and adjust your brightness.

This is perfect if you don’t want to have to explain your increased Focus to your boss or if you’re on a first date and want to appear naturally Calm.
