BREAKING NEWS: Hapbee Brain Headband Commences Trading on TSX Venture Exchange
On Friday, October 30, 2020, Hapbee Technologies, Inc. commenced trading on the TSX Venture Exchange under the ticker symbol “HAPB.”
This is a noteworthy milestone for the young company, which is headquartered in Vancouver, BC, and has been endorsed by Dave Asprey, Joe Polish, Lee Richter, Martin Tobias, Dr. Don Wood, and more.
Hapbee’s signature product is an innovative wearable that lets you choose how you feel. The company launched with six original signals: Happy, Alert, Focus, Relax, Calm, and Sleepy. It has garnered early interest (and in some cases praise) from psychologists to recovering addicts to bad sleepers to stressed-out corporate execs.
CEO Scott Donnell says, “This past summer and fall have been a very productive period for our young company. Hapbee is now positioned for a successful public listing on the TSX Venture, a significant milestone for the company and our shareholders—and part of my personal bucket list.”
On Friday morning, Hapbee opened at C$0.50 per share. When the market closed, Hapbee had risen to C$0.71 per share, with roughly a million shares exchanging hands throughout the trading day. Follow HAPB’s numbers here.

“The brand new Hapbee device is my go-to piece of tech for modifying my mental state. It’s a headband or necklace that emits very well studied and tested pulsed magnetic fields that modify your brain state. Want more energy? Dial it up. More rest? Done. Same thing for focus, sleep, stress. Incredibly useful tech!”
